Customer Service Import Documentation
Job Description
• Follow up on ocean Import shipments.
• Make bookings with Co-loaders / Carriers.
• Effective communication with customers and timely updates
• Arrange Pickups from overseas agents for Imports.
• Provide solutions to customers and resolve issues.
• Customer Retention.
• Ocean Import shipment co-ordination with the Pricing and Operations team and provide end to end customer service. (Pickup till Delivery )
• For DAP/ DDP shipments, need to follow-up with overseas agents for Deliveries.
• For Import shipments, follow-up till the shipment DO is released.
• For Import DDP shipments, need to co-ordinate with CHA / Vendors for deliveries.
• Need to maintain DSR and follow-up until the shipment cycle is completed.
• Holding IATA Basic Cargo Certificate / DG Certificate will be added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
