We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives for immediate joining. You will be a part of an international BPO, handling voice processes for a top multinational company in Bangalore. As a Customer Service Representative, your role will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing general information. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have excellent communication skills. - Providing general information to customers

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with working hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
