Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Freight Forwarding professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India, with a strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, managing customer shipments and related documentation, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Manage customer shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and other service providers to ensure smooth movement of goods
• Prepare and process shipping documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
Skills and Qualifications
• 1-4 years of experience in customer service or freight forwarding
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ?256,825.17 - ?400,000.23 per year
