Customer Service -Exports





We are searching for an experienced Customer Service -Exports at our MSC India - Ludhiana facility.



Primary Duties & Responsibilities:



Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join us in Customer Service-Exports. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients throughout the shipping process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Issue Resolution - Corrective and Preventive

Required Qualifications:

Minimum qualification-Graduate

Proven 2-3 years of experience in customer service or related role, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Proficiency in MS-Office with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
