Roles & Responsibilities
• Follow up with Sales personnel and customers to provide timely quotations and address any queries or concerns.
• Liaise with Shipping Liner, Customers, and CHA to resolve any issues that may arise during shipment, ensuring timely resolutions of problems.
• Manage job openings within the systems, updating information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle export LCL/FCL shipments, collaborating with CHAs, co-loaders, exporters, and liners from booking shipment realization at the destination.
• Plan and ensure all export containers are moved and loaded on time to meet cut off deadlines.
• Resolve routine inquiries from shippers, shipping lines, and agents providing efficient and satisfactory solutions.
• Supervise and control operations to prevent any unfair practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Interact with shipping lines, port authorities, customs officials, and consolidators to facilitate smooth and timely shipments, maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong customer support and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in shipping operations or logistics coordination, with a strong understanding of export process.
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
