A Houston, Texas, USA based Logistics company is in need for Process Associates to work from our office in Kolkata and deal with its hiring program .

As a Process Associate you will be responsible to deliver the following responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential and shortlisted Candidates for Hiring
• Handle inbound calls with utmost professionalism abiding by the call etiquettes of the highest order
• Niche out sublime negotiation skills assertively
• Work on Job Boards
• Manage listings on Job Portals
• Initiate follow up phone calls & engage in chats and emails in accordance with effective strategical norms applicable with candidates across different stages of Hiring
• Maintain Daily MIS reports

Requisites :

• A minimum of 2 years of international BPO related voice process experience is a pre-requisite
• Excellent command over verbal and written English is a necessity
• Previous Hiring experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to start immediately
