JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Accountable for engaging on Calls with Customers.
• Build and increase awareness on all products of CholaMS.
• Identify needs of the prospect, clarify relevant questions and understand if there are immediate opportunities available for sales engagement.
• Ensure follow up and closure of sales
• Coordinate with sales team and support for targets to be met.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities.
• Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues.
• Achieve individual sales target.
• Act as the strategic seller on your assigned accounts - converting customer needs into sales & revenue opportunities.

QUALIFICATION:

• 0-3 years of Sales exposure in the Insurance industry is preferred, but not required.
• Graduation not mandatory.
• Candidate should have fluency in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
