Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Support Staff. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining up-to-date product listings on our website. Our client operates online stores on popular platforms such as Etsy and Amazon, specializing in custom t-shirt prints, and this role will provide the needed support.

Key Responsibilities:

Update listings daily by placing designs in mockups, moving images to the store, entering accurate titles on Etsy and Amazon.

Ensure product information, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date.

Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance as necessary (Note: Phone calls are currently minimal due to the early stage of our business).

Process customer orders and coordinate with the production team to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales.

Assist in monitoring sales performance and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in e-commerce, customer service, or related field is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in using online platforms such as Etsy and Amazon is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and be trained on various tasks related to the role.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
