DMT is looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a DMT Customer Service Associate. The work includes handling customer queries and complaints and being able to respond to inquiries from prospective, current, and past customers using both technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Candidate should have good communication skills and should be comfortable in speaking with customer and replying to customer Emails and Chat in English.
• Collaborate with other team members and must have strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in outbound voice process.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Should have Computer skills, MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?11,226.63 - ?25,239.32 per month
