QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

2. Experience: 0-2 years, Experience in Air Freight/Sea Freight

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
To provide customers with the highest quality service by providing consistent customer service and resolution to ensure timely movement of inbound or outbound freight/cargo.

The successful candidate's role will be to work in a busy fast paced Customer Service Department and will be responsible for liaising with and actioning incoming calls, and inquiries from both internal & external customers, suppliers, and Agents regarding Freight shipments/bookings.
It will also involve managing Key Account customers, handling shipments from inquiry to execution, and maintaining relationships with Airlines, Shipping lines, haulers, and other service providers to ensure that the CSE exceeds the customers' service requirements. Tracing & Tracking Freight, keeping customers updated at all times, acknowledging of deliveries, collections, and bookings, data Entry and all Freight Administration, and ensuring accurate costings and revenues are applied to each shipment.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has gained experience working in a Customer Service environment in the UK Voice process very fluent in English able to understand the British accent, is willing to work UK shifts, and has timing experience in the Freight & Logistics industry would be an advantage.
