Contacting customers to understand their experience with product and services and identify areas of

improvement.

2. Managing online reputation across marketplaces.

3. Working with internal teams to resolve customers issues efficiently and on a timely basis.

4. Analyze month on month review trends

5. Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience
