We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our fast-paced automotive company. In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our brand, playing a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential as you navigate customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. With a strong focus on providing exceptional service, you will engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and social media.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and social media channels.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the customer management system.
• Monitor and follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve customer service operations.

•Requirements: •

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
• A passion for automobiles and a good understanding of the automotive market.
• Graduate or equivalent to graduate required.
