Position Description:

FAE has to attend nbound/Outbound calls from our regional customer e.g (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi & Bengali) . Following calling scripts you need to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, provide information & also make farmers interested to buy machinery.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Answer calls.
• Handle customer inquiries over calls.
• Manage & Resolve Customer Complaints.
• Provide customer with Product & Service Information.
• Enter new Customer Information into system.
• Process Orders.
• Document all call information according to standard ongoing procedures.

Skills :

• Good Communication skills in (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam)
• Active listening skills.
• Discipline.
• Data entry skills.
• Typing and word processing skills.
• Documentation skills.

Location:

Jaipur (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
