Job Description

The Cash Counter Executive is responsible for handling all cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash counter. They ensure excellent customer service, maintain financial records, and follow company policies for cash handling.

• Handle cash, credit, and other transactions with accuracy.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
• Greet customers warmly and answer any inquiries regarding payment methods.
• Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Prepare daily cash reports and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Follow security protocols for cash handling to minimize risks.
• Keep the cash counter organized and presentable.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy for handling billing software.
• Prior experience in cash handling is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,733.72 - ?20,000.00 per month
