We are actively hiring for Customer Service Executive profile (Day Shift). The candidate must have Excellent English Communiction Skills . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Salary: 22k-27K CTC

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience.

Requirements :

• Experience : 0-2 years in a similar role.
• Education : Minimum qualification - High School/Diploma.

Skills :

• Strong communication skills (English) .
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Patience and ability to handle challenging customer situations.
