Job Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls from residents regarding electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance issues. Record complaints accurately in the system and forward them to the concerned department. Provide updates to residents on complaint status and resolution timelines. Maintain a log of all complaints and follow up on pending issues. Ensure professional and courteous communication with residents.

Requirements:



Female

candidates preferred, fresher can apply. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, data entry). Good communication skills in [Specify Language(s)]. Ability to handle calls efficiently and multitask.
