We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Female customer service executive to join our Travel divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team, managing customer interactions, and ensuring efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Sales Support:
• Prepare and Send quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Track and follow up on sales leads, opportunities, and orders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
