Job Description
Job Role 1-3 years of experience in Transmission NOC service delivery and configuration management. Manage 24X7 Service delivery & escalation support Provide support, technical expertise, and management of NOC. Develop, implement, maintain, and follow service delivery process guideline. Understanding the SLA committed to the customer and aligning the team towards it. Technical training to team. Should have good knowledge on SDH/DWDM/OTN technology and troubleshooting skill. Hands on experience on Ciena 6500/Tejas/Infinera OEM and NMS.
