We are looking for a passionate and skilled Service Executive to join our VIP Services team. As a VIP Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our premium clients, helping them navigate their journey toward finding a life partner. You will play a crucial role in understanding the unique preferences of each VIP client, providing personalized matchmaking solutions, and ensuring they receive a seamless, high-quality experience throughout their membership.

This role requires a strong understanding of matchmaking preferences, family dynamics, and cultural nuances to curate meaningful connections. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and a deep passion for helping people find their ideal life partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Portfolio Management :
• Manage a portfolio of VIP clients, acting as their trusted partner throughout the matchmaking process.
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving preferences and provide updates on suitable matches.
• Curated Matchmaking :
• Handpick and suggest matches from the Shaadi.com database based on the client's specific criteria, including personal, cultural, and family preferences.
• Offer a customized and thoughtful approach to ensure the best possible matches.
• Facilitating Communication :
• Act as a bridge between matched clients by initiating and facilitating conversations, ensuring that both parties are comfortable and confident in moving forward.
• Personalized Advice & Counseling :
• Provide personalized relationship advice and counseling, helping clients navigate sensitive aspects of the partner search, from first impressions to relationship building.
• Client Satisfaction & Follow-ups :
• Ensure high client satisfaction by maintaining consistent communication, offering dedicated support, and conducting regular follow-ups to track progress and resolve any concerns.
• Discretion & Confidentiality :
• Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive personal information, ensuring the confidentiality of all client interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients in a thoughtful and empathetic manner.
• Interpersonal & Relationship Management :
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships, with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
• Customer Service Experience :
• Previous experience in customer service, relationship management, or client servicing, particularly in a high-touch environment.
• Cultural Awareness :
• Understanding of diverse cultures, traditions, and family structures, with the ability to navigate sensitive matchmaking preferences related to religion, caste, community, and other cultural factors.
• Problem-Solving :
• Ability to handle challenging situations and offer proactive solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Organizational Skills :
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, maintaining high standards of service across the board.
• Empathy & Patience :
• A genuine passion for helping people and the ability to listen and respond to client needs with empathy and patience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in service or sales.
• HSC or Graduation.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
