We are looking for Customer Service Executive for E-commerce and IT Services. Your job will be base on handling B2B sales and dealing with overseas clients through email, chat. Customer Service Executive is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional B2B Sales service to all customers. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. Executive communicates with customers primarily through mail, chat and utilizes a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
