We at Yapsody India are seeking skilled and motivated Customer Service Executives to join our growing team and contribute to our commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Customer Service Executive (Voice & Web), you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers via both voice and web channels. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive interaction with our products. Job Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services via Email, Chat & Phone touch points
  • Handle Client Account calls
  • Gather customer\xe2\x80\x99s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
  • Diagnose and resolve technical queries related to Ticketing Industry
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Follow standard processes and procedures
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource
  • Sending follow up email to customer to fix the concern
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Minimum Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:
  • Candidates who have cleared their HSC exams and have atleast 6 months of call center experience in Web & Voice Process
  • Proper email, chat etiquettes
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
  • Effective written & verbal communication in English
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Willing to work 24 x 7 Rotating Shift with 2-day week off
  • Must be flexible enough with the Shift and ready to adapt immediate changes
  • Exemplary Attendance and Punctuality is required as it is a Business to Business process.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9360,000.00 per year Benefits:
