Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. 3. Provide product/service information, troubleshooting, and guidance. 4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management. 6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical) to resolve customer concerns. 7. Maintain accurate customer records and database updates. 8. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets. 9. Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. 10. Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base development.
