Customer Support Executive
Co-ordinate with multiple parties,
Responding to enquiries of all the customers in the most efficient manner
Regular updates and follow up with clients/ liners/ Shipping lines other service providers.
Regular follow up with internal departments to get updates on client issues.
Maintaining data of all clients/ potential clients.
Up-to data reporting to clients with cargo status pertaining to various shipments.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal & communication skills, Multi-tasking & ability to handle work pressure.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric mindset.
Basic computer skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
Should have good command over Software Skills - Internet, MS Office, E-mail Etiquettes.

Pay: ?125,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year
