As a Customer service Executive, you will be responsible for overseas calls and sales. You will be expert in managing all sales activities such as Overseas Calling and sales. You will also be responsible for setting organizational goals and objectives. You should be promoting the products and services offered by the company. Responsibilities Communicating with the customers via cold calling and email marketing. Explaining the services to the customers. Resolving customer complaints and doubts. Attending meetings with the sales team. Following up with the customers. Answering prospective customer\xe2\x80\x99s calls as and when required. Create a customer database with all the required information. Requirements Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any specialization or high school diploma. Working experience as a Customer Service Executive. Proven record of successful completion of sales quota. Strong knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
