• Process Orders: Take or cancel orders and process applications and forms.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle and resolve issues effectively.
• Empathy: Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
