Customer Service Executive
Job Description
• Experience : 2 years in a customer service role
• Qualification: Graduate, fluent in Hindi and English, Working knowledge of Excel and computer savvy
• Role Description:
-Maintain a customer database
-Maintain data hygiene
-Operate WhatsApp marketing to communicate with database- sending digital catalogs, videos, reels
-Manage customer queries via the phone/ whatsapp
-Must be a team player and able to work harmoniously with seniors
-Must have a learning attitude and attention to detail
-Must have a Bachelor's degree
-Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
