Job title: Customer service Executive
Terms: Full time (10 am to 7pm shift )
Location: Mumbai [Andheri (East) MIDC]
Responsibilities:
• Needs to be comfortable handling incoming and outgoing calls
• Will get 30 incoming calls on an average and 40 outgoing calls
• Needs to handle delayed delivery and returns related complaints
• Ensure that each complaint is resolved within 7 days from complaint creation date
• Good communication skills required for lateral movements within the team
