Job Title : Customer Service Associate - International Inbound Voice Process
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound customer calls per day related to telecom services for US-based customers.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and effectively.
Criteria: UG/Grad Min 6 month exp in International Voice | Customer Service
Location : Pune (Work from Office)
Shift : 24 X 7
Work Days : 5 days working, with 2 rotational days off
CTC : 4.90 LPA
Transport- Both side cab facility
Immediate Joiner Only
