We are currently looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives for an International BPO with a focus on banking processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in customer service and have hands-on experience working in banking operations or processes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting US-based customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to banking services.

Provide accurate, timely, and efficient responses to customer inquiries.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to banking products and services.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Follow established processes and maintain service levels according to company guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service within an International BPO environment.

Strong knowledge of banking products and services.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with international customers.

Flexibility to work in US rotational shifts and rotating week-offs.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
