Job Description

1. Handling Website orders, providing quotation to customer & ensuring smooth transaction, answering their queries etc

2. Handling some key client orders which are not through website

3. customer Queries & business leads handling on Just dial, Google, India Mart and other such platform

4. Handling blackened panel of website, making changes if necessary & coordinating with developers for any feedback or service-related issue

5. Speaking with customers at shop, understanding their requirement & handle accordingly

6. Preparing database of key customers & do the follow up on the same

7. Sales analysis of key customers & discuss with them about new product development & samples

8. Planning, generating & analysing sales & prospective customer reports

9. Helping in data collection for you tube videos content and other research projects

10. Handling social media content, this is of prime importance

Salary will be 25k/month, revised after a year (financial year), 100% bonus applicable only if 1 year has been completed or else it will be adjusted accordingly

Graduate with English speaking is must as we have many customers who are not comfortable in Hindi & Marathi

Since we deal in cosmetic raw material, most of our customers are ladies, I would prefer a girl candidate for this role
