Experience in handling customer query & complaints.

Ability to resolve the customer complaint and give them proper solution.

Know how to operate Gmail & reply to customer query through E-mail.

Inbound & Outbound calling

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Educational Qualifications - Any Graduate

Experience - 1 to 3 Years

Preferred:- Female Candidates

Preferred Knowledge - Knowledge of Excel, Good Oral & Communication Skills

Languages:- English , Hindi

Location - Khar West (Candidate residing in Western line will be preferred)

20K to 25K (Depends upon the candidate)
