Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location : Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary : Up to ?3 LPA
Experience : 0.6 months - 2 years
Key Responsibilities :
• Address and resolve student queries and tickets raised in a timely manner
• Ensure smooth service/support to students on a regular basis
• Prepare and manage weekly/monthly reports on tasks and outcomes
• Handle student queries via email, phone, and text
• Coordinate with various departments for efficient issue resolution
• Collect and manage student academic documents for registration purposes
• Share student progress and pass records with management
• Assess the validity of complaints and identify possible solutions
Qualifications & Requirements :
• Graduate in any discipline
• Should be from Western/Metro Line in Mumbai
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Skills :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
