We are hiring Customer Service Executives for Email processes to join our dynamic team. The positions are off roll and on 3rd party payroll basis.
Email Profile Requirements:
Minimum HSC qualification, preferably graduates in any stream.
Minimum 12 months or more experience in email/chat process in Banks, NBFCs, or BFSI domain.
Excellent written communication skills are a MUST
We do not consider voice (calling) or back office (data entry) profiles for this role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi are mandatory.
Candidates from western suburbs of Mumbai need not apply.
