Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Insurance (Welcome Calling)

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound welcome calls to potential customers regarding insurance products.
• Educate customers on insurance policies, benefits, and coverage options.
• Meet sales targets and achieve key performance indicators as outlined by the company.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential leads and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to optimize overall team performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and continuously expand knowledge of insurance products.
• Accurately document all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.
• Foster a positive and dynamic team environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in telesales, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales objectives.
• Familiarity with insurance products and terminology.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
