• Inbound call handling.

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

• Pickup & Drop facility available.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in finance or business administration is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial/ Insurance industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month

Sif:

• Morning shift
• Rotational shift

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
