We are looking for a fresher or an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be capable of working independently, and have a proven track record of successfully meeting work quotas.
Responsibilities:
• Solve the queries of our clients through inbound calls.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and internet navigation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in Hindi and English. Punjabi language skills are a plus.
• Proven sales track record preferred but not essential.
