• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
