Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our Vendor Management team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates passionate about helping others and looking to start their career in customer service. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, vendors addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a commitment to their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to clients, vendors via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from clients, vendors.
• Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up with clients, vendors to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Requirements:
• Degree in any stream.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a customer service role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
