Roles & Responsibilities



? Responsible for taking calls with customers and understanding their queries and concerns.

? Ensuring customer queries and concerns are resolved on time

? Need to maintain less than 8% shrinkage on MTD (Month till date)

? Need to be flexible in case of volume increases to support the callings.

Requirements:



Education: Degree

Industry: Any industry ( Should have customer Support)

Experience: 1 year

Languages Preferred: Hindi is Mandatory + 2 Regional Languages.

Shift Timings: 9AM to 6PM

Working Days: 6 days in a week(Mon-Sat)
