Customer Relationship Executive



NexGen Image Gears, is an associate of Videolinks Group, based in Bangalore, and pioneers in the photographic equipment industry in India. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and shall be responsible for customer satisfaction. She shall be fluent in English and Hindi, with proficiency in additional Indian languages being an advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Aged between 25-30 years and preferably she should be based within Bangalore city limits.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in additional Indian languages is a plus.

3-5 years of Proven track record in a customer centric role.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

Experience in any B2C industry is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
