This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who are eager to begin their career in customer service. The role requires working efficiently through international voice processes and ensuring excellent customer interaction.Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with international clients (Mandatory skill).
  • US Soft Collection experience is required to manage collections in a professional manner (Mandatory skill).
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Empathy towards customers to understand their concerns and provide satisfactory solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high-stress situations calmly, ensuring a high quality of customer service.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles to maintain company standards in handling customer interactions.
  • Language proficiency in English for clear and effective communication with diverse clientele in an international setting.
  • Experience or understanding of the International Voice Process, providing a foundation for handling voice-based interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international clients, resolving customer queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Utilize US Soft Collection experience to manage collections, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve service delivery quality continuously.
  • Provide clients with accurate information regarding product and service offerings, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with supervisors and managers to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service on all calls.
  • Identify and suggest improvements in processes and service offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule based on operational needs, including working in different shifts as required.
