We are hiring for CSE profile in our head office in Navi Mumbai.,

1. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

2. Frame and follow communication scripts when handling different outbound calls

3. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

4. Design and implement lead qualification processes to ensure high-quality leads.

5. Develop and manage lead routing effectively to ensure accurate lead assignment.

6. Collaborate with Sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and conversion.

7. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates.

8. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
