Introduction

:

A freight forwarding customer service executive is responsible for managing client relationships, providing support throughout the shipping process by handling inquiries, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to customs regulations and maintaining accurate documentation, all while prioritizing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.



Key responsibilities:



Client communication.



Shipment tracking and updates.



Quote generation.



Customs clearance facilitation.



Agents/Carrier coordination.



Problem-solving.



Customer relationship management.



Reporting and analysis.



Required Skills:



Strong organizational skills.



Excellent communication skills.



Knowledge of international trade regulations.



Logistics expertise.



Computer proficiency.



Problem-solving abilities.



Education Required: Minimum Graduate


Experience required: 0-1 Years (Freight forwarding experience will be added advantage)
