Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through various communication channels (inbound process).
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of relevant products/services based on customer needs (outbound process).
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (chat process) .
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 0-4 years of experience in BPO industry with focus on international or domestic voice or non voice processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, blended processes, non-voice processes (email/chat support), domestic/international processes.
