We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Services (IPS) manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services .
We are looking for an enthusiast Customer Service Executive to join our team, who can handle the customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
As a Customer Service Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining relationships with customers and their key personnel for our UK based clients.
Conducting business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and services.
Cancelling any incorrectly issued PCNs.
Responding to enquiries on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Zoho)
Introducing customers to supplementary products and add-ons that seamlessly align with our strategic vision.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Carrying out customer's satisfaction surveys and reviews.
Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
The ideal candidate working as a Customer Service Executive will display:
Proven experience of 2 to 3 years as a Customer Service Executive or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Excellent English communication skill is Mandatory.
candidate will be working with U.K./ U.S.A. customers.
Highly organised with close attention to detail.
A customer-oriented attitude.
