We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Assist customers with placing orders, handling returns, and resolving billing issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
• Must be an immediate joiner.NOT:
