Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive in a renewable energy company, your job is to reach out to potential customers and inform them about service or energy-efficient solutions. You'll be making phone calls to answer customer questions, explain our services, and help them choose the right options for their needs.

Position Title: Customer Service- Solar/Energy

Location: YMCA, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Salary: 15K to 25K per month

Experience: 1 Year - 3 years

Gender: Female

Responsibilities:

Making calls to potential customers

• Calling prospective clients to promote renewable energy solutions (solar, wind, etc.).
• Handling customer inquiries and providing product information.
• Updating client information in CRM tools/Excel.

Qualifications:

• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Passion for renewable energy or sustainability is a bonus
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
