Role: Personal Shopper

Position Objective:
Provide advice, guidance, and buying services to High National Income/High Value customers only.
They have an advanced knowledge of products, trends, and services, and become trusted consultants for specified customers only.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Communicating with customers to determine what they're looking for, offering advice and knowledge of the best products to purchase as per their needs.
• Communicate with customers through different mediums such as live chat, telephone calls, emails, broadcast groups, etc. Educate customers with the most detailed product information, new product entries, offers, recipes, etc. to ensure customers are satisfied with the products.
• Inform customers about the must-have products based on the latest trends.
• Build and grow the client base by focusing on strategic selling techniques and communicating proactively with existing and potential customers
• Networking at events and using marketing services on a regular basis
• Develop personalized shopping experience for all customers through providing individualized attention along with prevailing knowledge of products and trends.
• Prepare & maximize client base through concentrating on strategic selling techniques along with communicating proactively with customers.
• Develop and maintain professional relations with customers to assure repeat business.
• Stimulate feedback to improve further customized service.
• Fulfil daily targets of attending to customers, ABV and Sales targets, Gift Card sales targets, etc.
• Maintaining and Enhancing the Client Database
