Roles & Resposibilties:

Must have presentable personality Greeting customers: Welcome customers and provide assistance as needed Providing assistance: Provide general assistance and information, and help with administrative tasks like filing form Handling customer complaints: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Must have familiarity with MS Office such as Word, Excel etc..
