Job Title: Customer Support Executive - US process Location: Coimbatore QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: 1. Education: Any Degree / MBA 2. Experience: 2 years, Experience in US shipment handling Air or Sea Import or Export - Freight Forwarding 3. Work Performed: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : To provide customers with the highest quality service by providing consistent customer service and resolution in order to ensure timely movement of inbound or outbound freight/cargo. : The successful candidate\xe2\x80\x99s role will be to work in a busy-paced Customer Service Department and will be responsible for liaising with and actioning incoming calls, and enquiries from both internal & external customers, suppliers, and Agents regarding Freight shipments/bookings. It will also involve managing Key Account customers, handling shipments from inquiry to execution, and maintaining relationships with Airlines, Shipping lines, haulers, and other service providers to ensure that the CSE exceeds the customers\' service requirements. Tracing and tracking Freight, keeping customers updated at all times, acknowledging deliveries, collections, and bookings, data Entry and all Freight Administration, and ensuring accurate costings and revenues are applied to each shipment. The ideal candidate would be someone who has gained experience working in a Customer Service environment in the US Voice process with very fluent in English able to understand the British accent, is willing to work US shifts, and has experience in the Freight and logistics industry would be definitely an advantage.
